Installations represent constructed mathematical structures and high light an intuitive poetic response to space - a subjective reaction. While mathematics and poetry seem unrelated consider the Greek notion of Tecton; a poetic carpenter, builder maker who understood that precision and poetry are two complimentary sides of the same object. And, later Tecton was adopted and, through a series of grafting and reacrticulation, used in architecture. It is precisely why these work so well together. Rather than exclusive they depend on the other by balancing the void left open through their singular purity.
